Six weeks before shoot day, your production plan is already documented. Every shot. Every deliverable. Every deadline. Nothing is improvised.
We learn your event, your brand, and your goals. What story needs to be told. What the edit has to accomplish. We write the brief before we pick up a camera.
Shot lists, call sheets, equipment pulls, location walkthroughs. Two weeks before shoot day, the run of show is locked and every team member has read it.
The same crew that built the plan runs the shoot. Multi-camera capture, broadcast audio, real-time collaboration with your AV team if needed, usually because we are also your AV team.
Color grade, sound mix, motion graphics, and delivery in every format on schedule. First cut in 48 hours. Final delivery with revisions complete, not "in progress."

For events, we recommend four to six weeks minimum. That gives us time to build the production plan, pull equipment, and do a location walkthrough. For same-day social content packages, we can mobilize with two weeks notice. Rush jobs happen, just call us.
Both. Most of our video work happens on-site at the event, which means if we are also running your AV, the video team and the production crew are already coordinated before the doors open. We also have a dedicated studio setup for executive interviews, testimonials, and brand films.
Yes, for social content selects and short highlight clips. We stage an editor on-site or remotely connected to our footage pipeline. Full edited pieces with color and sound mix are typically 48-hour turnaround from wrap, with a standard review-and-revise cycle after that.
Yes. For brand films and executive videos, we offer full creative development, concept, script, storyboard, and direction. For event coverage, we build the shot list from your run of show so every key moment is planned, not hoped for.
Whatever you need. Standard deliverables include H.264 MP4 for web, ProRes master files, vertical 9:16 for social, horizontal 16:9 for presentations, and platform-optimized exports for LinkedIn, YouTube, and internal comms. We do not leave you figuring out file formats.
