Lighting Design & AV, Orange County, CA

Every Beam.
Placed with
Purpose.

We design, rig, program, and operate lighting and AV systems that make your stage look like a broadcast. From a 50-person boardroom to a 5,000-seat general session, the light tells your audience what to look at.

What We Do

Light. AV. Control.

From a single spotlight on a keynote speaker to a full intelligent rig with moving heads, LED walls, and real-time DMX programming — we run the complete technical picture.

Stage Lighting Design

Full-room lighting design from CAD layout to final cue sheet. We light your stage, speakers, and audience environment so everything looks intentional on camera and in person.

Intelligent Fixture Programming

Moving head programming on grandMA3 and Avolites platforms. Pre-programmed cue stacks for speaker transitions, awards moments, and general session looks. Repeatable on every show.

LED Panels & Video Walls

Indoor and outdoor LED wall installation, signal routing, and content playback. We spec the right pixel pitch for your throw distance and room size, then handle all content management on-site.

Architectural Accent Lighting

Uplighting, perimeter wash, table accent, and drape illumination that ties the room together visually. Your brand colors, your palette, your atmosphere.

AV Integration & Control

Signal routing, switching, projection, confidence monitors, and IFB comm systems. We integrate lighting and AV into a single managed system with one point of contact on show day.

On-Site Technical Direction

A dedicated LD on headset for the full run of show. Real-time adjustments, speaker cueing, and instant problem-solving. We own the board so your production team can focus elsewhere.

How We Work

Designed Before We Hang a Single Fixture

Every rig starts on paper. Every cue is built before the truck arrives. Show day is calm because everything before it was not.

Site Survey & CAD Design

We walk the venue, pull house specs, and deliver a CAD lighting plot with every fixture position, circuit assignment, and color/gobo selection noted before load-in.

Pre-Rig & Programming Day

Fixtures hung and cabled to a locked schedule. Every intelligent fixture addressed, patched, and focus-tested the day before show. Cue stacks programmed to the run of show timeline.

Show Day Technical Direction

Our LD is on headset from doors-open to the final walk-out. Live cue execution, real-time adjustments, and direct comms with your stage manager. Nothing goes wrong without a solution in seconds.

Strike & Post-Show Debrief

Full strike completed to venue deadline. Every cable tested and coiled, every case closed and inventoried. Post-show debrief with your team to document what worked for the next event.
