Network engineer deploying CBRS private LTE equipment at event venue

Private Mobile Network, Orange County, CA

Venue WiFi Is Broken.
We Fixed It.

MMPAV owns and operates the only licensed CBRS private mobile network for corporate events in Southern California. Your guests get rock-solid LTE. Your venue keeps their WiFi invoice.

$75,000
Typical hotel WiFi charge for 1,000 attendees at a 3-day conference.
Per device. Per day. No negotiation.

The Average Hotel Charges $25 to $150 Per Device.

At 500 attendees, that is $12,500 to $75,000 in avoidable fees that comes straight out of your production budget. Every time. And the network still drops during the keynote.

MMPAV deploys a fully independent private LTE network on-site. Not a hotspot. Not a range extender. A licensed, engineered mobile broadband network built for your event and monitored in real time by our on-site engineer.

What We Deploy

Private LTE. Zero Shared Spectrum.

Built on Citizens Broadband Radio Service spectrum, our network is fully independent from venue infrastructure. Your event gets dedicated bandwidth from load-in to strike.

Dedicated Private LTE Band

CBRS Band 48 licensed spectrum. No one else is on your network. Not the venue. Not neighboring events. Not the public. Every megabit belongs to your event.

Zero Shared Spectrum

Hotel WiFi fails because 500 people are competing for the same channels. Our network operates on a band no one else can touch. Congestion is physically impossible.

Pre-Event Coverage Mapping

We visit your venue in advance. Antenna placement optimized for your floor plan. Coverage tested in every breakout room, registration area, and main stage before load-in day.

Per-Device QoS Controls

Bandwidth allocation per device class. Streaming equipment gets priority lanes. Attendee devices get guaranteed minimums. No single user can saturate the network.

Secure Isolated Network

Your network is air-gapped from venue infrastructure. Executive communications, internal presentations, and attendee data stay on a private network no one else can reach.

Real-Time Monitoring Dashboard

Our engineer monitors device count, throughput, and latency from a live dashboard throughout your event. Issues are identified and resolved before anyone in the room notices.

Common Questions

What Planners Ask Before They Book

Do I still need venue WiFi?

No. Our network is fully self-contained and operates on a licensed spectrum band completely independent of venue infrastructure. You can waive the venue internet package entirely and put that budget back into your production.

How far in advance do you need to deploy?

Two hours minimum for a standard deployment. For large venues over 100,000 sq ft, we prefer 24 hours advance access for antenna placement optimization and full coverage verification before attendees arrive.

What if the venue has an existing network?

No conflict. We operate on CBRS Band 48, a dedicated spectrum allocation separate from standard 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi bands. There is zero interference with existing venue infrastructure regardless of what equipment they have.

What is the coverage range?

Up to 500,000 sq ft per deployment with optimized antenna placement. Multi-venue or campus events can be covered with additional antenna nodes deployed across the footprint. We design coverage around your specific floor plan.
